Summary: PointHeure is provided "as is". Use the application responsibly.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using PointHeure ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
2. Description of Service
PointHeure is a mobile time-tracking application that allows you to:
- Record your clock-in and clock-out times (arrival, lunch, departure)
- Track your daily and weekly work hours
- View statistics about your worked hours
- Set personalized hourly goals
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Application on your personal iOS devices.
This license does not allow you to:
- Modify, decompile or disassemble the Application
- Rent, lend or sublicense the Application
- Copy the Application except for a backup copy
- Use the Application for illegal purposes
4. Pricing and Subscriptions
PointHeure offers a free tier with core features. Optional paid plans are available:
- PointHeure Pro (subscription): Monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription providing unlimited history, advanced statistics, overtime calculations, unlimited entries per day, and PDF/CSV export.
- Lifetime purchase: A one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all Pro features permanently.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed in your device's Settings. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
The free tier does not contain advertisements.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its code, design, icons and content, is protected by intellectual property rights.
PointHeure, the logo and associated visual elements are our property.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data you enter
- Backing up your data (via iCloud)
- Using the Application in compliance with these terms
The Application is a personal tracking tool. It does not replace official timekeeping systems required by your employer.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for:
- Data loss due to deletion or malfunction
- Decisions made based on information from the Application
- Disputes with your employer regarding your work hours
- Indirect damages resulting from the use of the Application
8. Availability
We strive to keep the Application available and functional. However, we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted operation
- The absence of bugs or errors
- Compatibility with all iOS versions
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove the Application from the App Store without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. For users located in the United States, mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence may also apply.
